I love trying new foods and recipes and I just had to try the Philadelphia Fruit Pizza! It was so easy to make, and while I made a few changes, it was delicious! This recipe is definitely going to be one of our Summer Staples!
Cooking Up Summer has never been easier! With just a few ingredients you’ll have a pizza or torte (as you can see I turned mine into a torte) that is to die for! It’s fresh and light and perfect for all the Summer get-togethers you’ll be having or going to.
What’s You’ll Need:
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
- 1pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (kiwi and strawberry slices, red and black raspberries, drained canned mandarin oranges)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves, pressed through sieve to remove lumps
The ingredients are so simple, and for the most part in every household’s refrigerator or pantry.

Fire and Ice Punch
This drink was so refreshing and even the kids loved it! It’s amazing what a little Kool-Aid Tropical Punch, Mango Nectar, and Orange Juice can do!
During the Summer, watermelon is a must in our house. Between the boys and my mom, it doesn’t last too long. So when I saw that I had some left over, I jumped on making this recipe! I’m using the picture from the cookbook, because those are better than mine!
I repeat, don’t miss out on these awesome recipes! There are 18 pages filled with deliciousness! No experience necessary!
