I don’t know about you all, but I’m a messy cook. I try not to be and I have a routine I follow, but stuff still gets everywhere! Today I had flour, garlic peel, onion skin and roots, sauce, and other things strewn across my kitchen table and counters. I did some cooking and baking and well like I said that’s the norm for me.
Another norm for me is going to Costco to help me clean up the mess, and pick up products like Bounty Advanced and Dawn Platinum. Of course it doesn’t excuse me from being messy, but I think that every great cook should be at least a little bit messy – don’t you agree?
I also think that I am the only person to drive thirty minutes to my nearest Costco just to pick up Bounty Advanced Paper Towels, Dawn Platinum Advanced Power, and Downy April Fresh. Don’t laugh, I love the prices and the value I get for them. Everything is always better in bulk!
And to top it off, I decided that the mountain of Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper behind me, was so cool that I had to take a selfie! Don’t judge! I didn’t pick any up because they were picked up on my last trip!
Not sure if you can see the price behind me, but that says $21.99 for 30 rolls of 4x toilet paper. Yup, that’s technically 120 rolls!
Alright so let’s get back to my messy cooking shall we? I made Pasta Primavera and some crepes for my homemade manicotti for this weekend. The table and counters were horrific. I didn’t take a picture of that but I did take the following:
I’m not normally a fan of select-a-size – don’t ask, I’m weird like that, but these ones are longer, closer to a full size but not quite. I only used 3 select-a-size towels, which is the equivalent of one and a half paper towels. By the time I was done wiping down and drying the entire table, I could still use them. Which I did on my counters! They feel so much thicker than the original Bounty too.
I love these little details in all the P&G Household products that I can pick up at Costco . They truly are difference between them and other brands. They honestly make my life easier, and never cease to surprise me. Knowing that these products are all available at Costco is a wallet saver too. I get everything I need in one trip and for a quarter of the price I would pay elsewhere.
If you haven’t tried the new Bounty Advanced paper towels, I highly suggest you do. Remember, one and half towels for a whole table and all counter tops!
